New Guidelines for LAOM

Based on new guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic and returning to work, new rules are required to operate safely at this time:

Patients will be screened for common COVID-19 symptoms:

Chills or fever

Respiratory issues such as shortness of breath

Loss of taste or smell

Any new gastrointestinal issues

Please call or text 303-475-8522 when you arrive in the parking lot.  No waiting in the Waiting Room. Please wait outside in your car until I can give you the go ahead (will call or text you). This allows me to thoroughly clean and disinfect clinic.

When arriving for your appointment please come alone. I cannot allow anyone without an appointment in the office. If you may have been exposed or feel ill we will have to reschedule and look at herbal options. Your temperature will be taken when you arrive and anyone with elevated temperature will also be rescheduled.

All patients and myself are required to wear face masks.

There will be sanitizer to clean hands and administration of temperature reading upon entry.

High traffic and frequently touch items/areas will be disinfected constantly. Your health, comfort, and safety are my main concerns.

OPTIONS:

New regulations prevent use of soft, porous materials. That means no pillows, padding, towels, and neck warmers. If you would like, you may bring those items with you for your comfort making sure they are washable as it’s recommended that you disinfect items at home.
